3 minutes rest then,

4 rounds of:

25 burpees
25 v-ups

Started the day at 0630hrs yesterday! It was a relatively cold day and I decided to workout in the hotel room!

Had a really good night’s rest the previous night and was able to get a great session out of this workout!
